Black Goji Berries (also known as Black Wolfberries) are a rare, wild harvested berry originating  from the Tibetan plateau in Western China. They are related to the more common red goji berries but contains the highest concentration of OPC (oligomeric proanthocyanidins) of any fruit. OPC's are a group of powerful antioxidant compounds, mostly found in blueberries and grape seed. The berries can be eaten in granola, baked in muffins or added to smoothies.

Apart from the health benefits of Black Goji Berries, The berries can be used to make a blue gin which will turn pink when tonic is added. The berries can also be steeped to make a beautiful blue tea, which turns a purple/pink colour if a few drops of lemon are added.
