after juniper berries, coriander is the most common botanical in gin. Coriander seeds, are uses, rather than the leaves of the cilantro plant. Coriander adds a spicy, slightly citrusy note to gin.
Coriander also makes a great spice for meat dishes. It is reputed to help in reducing bad cholesterol and promotes good cholesterol in the body.
