Lavender flowers area hugely versatile botanical. They are used in herbal teas, cakes and to make fragrant syrup. They can be sued to infuse almond oil and then used for massaging or fragrant baths. Placed in sachets, lavendar flowers are a pleasant alternative to moth balls. A sachet under your pillow will act as a sleep aid. Of course you can also use them to flavour gin and liqueurs.
