This lemon peel comes from Spanish lemons. It is very fruity, but contains some pips, so it is cosmetically unsuitable for teas.
Lemon Peel can be used to infuse beverages such as iced tea, gin and vodka. Infusions added to cakes will give a aromatic lemon flavour.
