They can be used to flavor gin, as herbal teas, jams, additives to jellies, syrups, soup, beverages and bread. Rosehip Shells are specifically high in Vitamin  C, but also contain Vitamin A & B , essential fatty acids and anti oxidants that help against colds and influenza
